多年从事生物药物研发,参与了多个基因工程类新药的研发和报批，具有丰富的生物医药项目运营经验。在干细胞和免疫细胞的研究和应用领域工作将近10年，熟悉细胞类产品的研发、申报、临床应用和市场开拓等各个环节。对于干细胞在肝、肾、内分泌、神经系统、骨关节、自身免疫系统等疾病的介入和调节修复均有涉及，曾经参与知名三甲医院的干细胞项目转化。
